Chad started Bidcurement in 2020 with the mission to revolutionize the procurement process in the civil infrastructure industry. After decades of working with government agencies, particularly in public works, we saw firsthand the challenges in procurement. Bidding often meant that after months of building relationships, the project would be advertised widely, allowing uninformed competitors to push their products into specifications.
