Our mission is to connect communities with procurement opportunities, empowering local businesses to access and benefit from government contracts. By simplifying the bidding process, we help keep procurement funds within communities, strengthening local economies and ensuring smarter use of taxpayer dollars.
Our vision is to create a procurement system that transforms how communities buy and sell, empowering individuals through education and resources to become entrepreneurs. We aim to support local sourcing, driving economic growth and sustainability
Bidcurement was founded in 2021 when we recognized that the civil infrastructure procurement process was not just outdated—it was fragmented and inefficient. The realization struck us as we continued printing construction bidding specifications (in triplicate), sealing them in manila envelopes, and driving them to village or city halls to drop in a bin outside. It was clear that the system needed a modern solution.
After decades of driving to tradeshows, holding face-to-face meetings across six states, and trying to connect with countless public works decision-makers, it became evident that traditional methods were no longer sustainable. Public works leaders were relying on cumbersome processes, often struggling to meet the “three-bid rule” and find reliable vendors. This led to mistakes, project delays, and even legal disputes.
We built Bidcurement to change that. By automating and streamlining the procurement process, we’re connecting buyers and vendors in a way that saves time, reduces costs, and delivers better outcomes for civil infrastructure projects.
